The piece Greetings from L, We Are All Green was written by Robert Filliou in 1977 for a performance at Judson Church in New York. According to a note from Olga Adorno, Jean Dupuy had asked 19 artists to perform and sing without musical accompaniment at the chant a capella nights on November 18-20, 1977. Filliou's name was misspelled on the poster, missing an 'l'. Robert Filliou then wrote and composed a piece for this event about the missing 'l':

Greetings from l,l,l,l. Greetings from l,l,l,l. Greetings from l,l,l,l. Greetings from F I L L I O U. Seen from high here, tigers are green, snakes are green, elephants are green, lions are green, flies are green, sharks are green, foxes are green, doves are green, giraffes are green, peacocks are green, mosquitos are green, dogs are green, bees are green, goats are green, cats are green and you are green. You are green. You are green. You are green. You are green. You are green. You are green. You are green. You are green. You are green. You are green. You are green. You are green. You are green. You are green. Seen from high here, you all are green. Love from l l l l. Love from l l l l. Love from l l l l. Love from F i l l i o u.

Robert Filliou asked Olga Adorno to sing the piece for him at Judson Church on the 18th of November, as he had to fly to Europe. At the same time he sang the song on the plane. He had also conceptually foreseen this situation already in the piece, because it is called "Seen from high here." So the actual performance took place on the plane.

On the LP, the Fluxus piece sung by Robert Filliou is heard as one work in several parts; but all parts or verses are the same.
